Grandmarc at The Corner offers individual leases for the convenience of our residents. This allows UVA students to live with roommates without assuming financial responsibility for someone else’s portion of the contract.

Our on-site team is available during office hours to assist with leasing concerns and maintenance requests, which can be submitted in person, over the phone, or online through our resident portal.
